1. Data collected
We only collect data necessary for the provision of our services: full name, email address, content of the message sent via our form, and technical data (truncated IP address, browser type, pages visited) when you have consented to audience measurement. No sensitive data (health, political opinions, religion) is requested or stored.
2. Purposes and legal bases
Your data is used to: (i) respond to your requests — legal basis: pre-contractual measures; (ii) improve our website — legal basis: legitimate interest, and consent for audience measurement; (iii) comply with accounting and tax obligations — legal basis: legal obligation.
3. Retention periods
Requests submitted via the form are kept for 36 months after the last exchange. Accounting records are kept for the legal duration of 10 years. Anonymised technical logs are kept for up to 13 months.
4. Recipients & sub-processors
Only authorised Bitflowmatrixfr consultants access your data. Some technical sub-processors (sovereign EU hosting, professional email) may intervene, exclusively under written instruction and a contract compliant with article 28 of the GDPR.
5. Transfers outside the EU
We do not transfer any personal data outside the European Economic Area, unless you explicitly request it (for example for a cross-border case). Where applicable, such transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Your rights
You have, at any time, a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, opposition, portability and the right to define the fate of your data after your death. To exercise them, write to dpo@bitflowmatrixfr.com with proof of identity. A complaint can be addressed to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
